Through the University of Maryland Carey School of Law Eviction Prevention Clinic, representation will be provided for failure to pay rent, breach of lease, tenant holding over, constructive eviction, rent escrow, retaliatory eviction, illegal eviction, willful diminution of services, and subsidy termination hearings. The Clinic will prioritize representation in judicial litigation and administrative proceedings.
